Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VantageTrip ("we," "us," "our," "VantageTrip"), a cashback and travel comparison platform available at vantagetrip.com. By creating an account or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What VantageTrip Is

VantageTrip is an independent affiliate marketing platform. We compare and link to hotel and flight bookings on third-party travel platforms (currently Trip.com, and potentially others in future) and earn an affiliate commission when you book through our links. We share a portion of that commission back to you as cashback.

We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking provider. We do not process payments for your bookings, set travel prices, or control availability. All bookings are made directly with and fulfilled by the third-party platform (e.g. Trip.com), and their own terms and conditions apply to that booking.

2. Cashback — How It Works, and Its Limits

• Cashback is calculated as a percentage of the real commission we actually receive from the travel platform for your confirmed booking — not a percentage of your booking price.
• Cashback is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed as completed by the third-party platform. This confirmation can take 40–60 days or longer after your stay or travel date, matching that platform's own commission confirmation timelines — this is outside our control.
• If a booking is cancelled, refunded, disputed, or found to violate the third-party platform's own terms, any associated commission — and therefore cashback — may be reduced to zero or reversed, including after it has already been shown as "pending" or credited to your account.
• Cashback percentages, referral reward percentages, and any bonus campaign terms may be changed by us at any time for future bookings. Changes do not apply retroactively to bookings already confirmed.
• Cashback has no cash value until it is withdrawn according to Section 4, and is not transferable between accounts.

3. Referrals

• Referral rewards are paid only when someone you referred completes a real, confirmed booking — not simply for signing up.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral rewards obtained through fraudulent activity, fake accounts, self-referral, or any attempt to manipulate the referral system.
• Referral codes and links are personal to your account and may not be sold, transferred, or used in paid advertising without our written permission.

4. Withdrawals

• You may request a withdrawal of your available cashback balance at any time, subject to review and approval by VantageTrip.
• We reserve the right to request identity verification (see Section 5) before approving any withdrawal, and to decline or delay withdrawal requests where fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms is suspected.
• Approved withdrawal processing times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

To protect against fraud and comply with standard financial practices, we may require you to submit identity documents (e.g. government ID, a selfie holding your ID) before approving a withdrawal. You consent to this verification process as a condition of withdrawing funds. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is stored and protected.

6. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and completing identity verification.
• One person or household may not operate multiple accounts to claim duplicate signup bonuses, referral rewards, or cashback.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our referral or bonus systems, and to withhold any associated unpaid cashback in such cases.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Your actual hotel or flight booking is governed entirely by the terms, privacy policy, cancellation policy, and customer service of the third-party platform you book through (e.g. Trip.com). VantageTrip is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing, or for any dispute arising from your booking itself — only for the cashback and referral mechanics described above.

8. Limitation of Liability

VantageTrip provides its cashback and comparison service "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including delays or changes in commission confirmation from third-party platforms that are outside our control.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VantageTrip after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
